Ebrahim Shakeri is an Iranian multidisciplinary artist working across performance, puppetry, installation, and material-based spatial practices.
He holds a BA in Dramatic Literature from the University of Art in Tehran. His training in playwriting and dramaturgy informs a practice grounded in narrative structure, spatial composition, and performative systems.
He develops his artistic practice independently, outside of permanent institutional affiliation, while actively collaborating with cultural organizations, festivals, and educational programs internationally.
Over the past eight years, he has developed an independent methodology focused on paper engineering, object-based performance, and spatial construction, which has been applied through workshops and educational programs in collaboration with universities and cultural institutions across Iran.
His works operate at the intersection of theatre, installation, and visual construction, where material, object, and space function as active components of performance.
In 2024, he participated in the Lize Puppet Arts Colony residency in Taiwan, where he developed the performance project MAMMA, combining large-scale paper structures with performative space.
His works include History of Circulation, Identity, and MAMMA, which explore the relationship between narrative systems, material transformation, and embodied space.
Alongside his artistic practice, he continues to develop educational formats and workshops in paper engineering and spatial creativity.
